Security Field Officer

As a Housekeeping and Security Supervisor, your role will involve supervising housekeeping and security staff to ensure daily cleaning schedules are met. You will be responsible for maintaining hygiene, safety, and quality standards at the site. This includes monitoring staff attendance, shift schedules, and the management of cleaning materials and equipment inventory. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise housekeeping and security staff - Ensure daily cleaning schedules are met - Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards - Monitor staff attendance, shift schedules, and relievers - Manage cleaning materials and equipment inventory - Coordinate with management and prepare reports - Arrange for a good number of manpower backup - Oversee both security and housekeeping operations at multiple sites - Ensure manpower deployment and reliever arrangements - Conduct site inspections, surprise checks, and staff training - Coordinate with clients and site supervisors - Prepare reports for management - Perform night checks Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in housekeeping and security supervision - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders - Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards - Proficiency in preparing reports Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
