Job Summary: We are seeking a highly professional and physically imposing Unarmed Bodyguard to provide personal security and close protection services for the Managing Director. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of the MD at all times, accompanying them to business and personal engagements, and responding to security concerns with discretion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Provide close protection for the Managing Director, as per schedule and directives. Accompany the MD at all times, including during travel, events, and business meetings. Conduct threat assessments, identify potential security risks, and take proactive measures to ensure safety. Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in all situations. Coordinate with drivers, administrative staff, and security personnel to ensure seamless movement and security protocols. Remain physically and mentally alert to respond quickly to emergencies. Follow and execute security protocols established by the company. Requirements: Minimum height of 6’9” (205 cm) with a strong, athletic build. Prior experience in bodyguard/close protection , military, law enforcement, or private security preferred. Excellent physical fitness, situational awareness, and conflict resolution skills. Professional appearance with exceptional interpersonal skills. Ability to work long hours and handle high-pressure environments. Must maintain strict confidentiality and loyalty to the employer. Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore, India . Sundays fixed off (subject to emergency requirements). The Security Field Officer will be responsible for overseeing on-ground security operations across multiple sites, ensuring effective deployment of security personnel, maintaining service quality, and addressing operational issues in real time. The role requires strong field presence, people management skills, and the ability to handle conflict situations efficiently while ensuring uninterrupted security services. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Security Operations & Deployment Ensure proper deployment of security guards at all assigned sites as per approved duty rosters. Verify attendance, punctuality, uniform compliance, and overall discipline of deployed guards. Coordinate daily manpower requirements and ensure continuity of services without disruption. Liaise with clients/site representatives for smooth day-to-day operations. 2. Security Guard Vacancy Hiring & Sourcing Identify and address security guard vacancies promptly. Source, recruit, and deploy suitable security personnel as per operational requirements. Conduct basic verification, documentation checks, and orientation before deployment. Maintain a standby pool of guards to handle emergencies and sudden requirements. 3. Conflict Resolution & Issue Management Handle conflicts or disputes involving security guards, clients, residents, or site staff. Address complaints related to guard performance, behavior, or duty execution. Act as the first point of escalation and ensure timely resolution of issues on-site. Report critical incidents to management with appropriate documentation. 4. Site Inspections & Surprise Visits Conduct regular and surprise site visits during both day and night shifts. Audit security arrangements, guard alertness, adherence to SOPs, and post instructions. Identify gaps, risks, or non-compliance and initiate corrective actions immediately. Submit visit reports and observations to the management. 5. Reporting & Coordination Maintain daily operational reports, attendance records, and site inspection logs. Coordinate with operations, HR, and payroll teams for manpower and compliance matters. Ensure timely communication of operational updates and challenges.
