Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Security Executive to join our team at Accor Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and security, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and premises.
Develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to prevent and investigate incidents.
Provide training and awareness sessions on security best practices.
Manage incident response and emergency planning.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in security management within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and standards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with access control systems, CCTV cameras, and alarm response systems.
Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
