Role Overview:

The Security Control and Administration Management Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security controls across the organization’s IT infrastructure. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, enforces security policies, and oversees identity and access management (IAM) processes. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a robust security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Control Management

• Develop, implement, and maintain security controls aligned with industry standards.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of security controls and recommend improvements.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analysis to identify gaps.

Administration & Governance

• Oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
• Maintain audit trails and documentation for security-related activities.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead a team of security administrators and analysts.
• Collaborate with IT, compliance, and business units to align security initiatives with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and training on security best practices.

Incident Response & Reporting

• Support incident response activities and root cause analysis.
• Prepare reports for senior management on security posture, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on emerging threats, technologies, and regulatory changes.
• Drive automation and efficiency in security administration processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, security frameworks, Firewall, EDR and compliance standards.
• Experience with tools like CyberArk, HIPS, Checkpoint EDR. Checkpoint Firewall or similar IAM solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
