Role Overview: Snowbit, a cybersecurity technology innovator under the Coralogix group, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Cloud Security Consultant to join the India Security Resource Centre (SRC) Team. As part of this team, you will have the unique opportunity to work in a global security resource center, collaborate with Israeli cybersecurity experts, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Gain a deep understanding of Snowbit's security solutions, customer cloud environments, and security architectures. - Act as the primary advocate and point of contact for Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and high-profile customer engagements to ensure successful outcomes. - Implement and enforce advanced security services efficiently, while proactively identifying and mitigating potential security escalations. - Manage multiple high-priority tasks, including handling escalations strategically and overseeing security assessments and incident investigations. - Lead quarterly reviews, PoC evaluation calls, and key initiatives coordination with stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen security operations and enhance the Snowbit offering. - Share industry insights, best practices, and technical knowledge within the team while fostering a collaborative and growth-driven team culture. Qualifications Required: - Availability during US time zone 5PM - 2AM IST for daily interaction with US-based customers. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or relevant industry certifications. - Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) and experience working with multi-regional customers. - 3+ years of experience in customer-facing security operations roles, preferably within SOC/MDR environments. - Expertise in cybersecurity assessments, incident management methodologies, and hands-on experience with security technologies. - Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including common threats, attack vectors, and mitigation strategies. - Familiarity with monitoring, ticketing, and CRM tools for efficient security operations management. - Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a positive engagement experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and knowledge of cloud security principles. - Security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CSA.
