Security Consultant

You will be joining Snowbit as a Cloud Security Consultant in the India Security Resource Centre (SRC) Team, a part of Coralogix group. Your role will involve collaborating with Israeli cybersecurity talent, gaining a deep understanding of Snowbit's security solutions, customer cloud environments, and security architectures. Your key responsibilities will include: - Being the primary advocate and point of contact for Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and high-profile customer engagements. - Ensuring efficient implementation and enforcement of advanced security services while proactively identifying and mitigating potential security escalations. - Managing multiple high-priority tasks, including handling escalations strategically and overseeing security assessments and incident investigations. - Leading quarterly reviews, PoC evaluation calls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance security operations and the Snowbit offering. - Sharing industry insights, best practices, and technical knowledge within the team to foster a growth-driven team culture. Qualifications required for this role: - Availability during US time zone (5 PM - 2 AM IST) for daily interaction with US-based customers. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or relevant industry certifications. - Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) and experience working with multi-regional customers. - 3+ years of experience in customer-facing security operations roles, preferably within SOC/MDR environments. - Expertise in cybersecurity assessments, incident management methodologies, and hands-on experience with security technologies. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity landscape, monitoring, ticketing, CRM tools, and building strong customer relationships. Additionally, preferred qualifications include experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and knowledge of cloud security principles, along with security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CSA.,
