Role Overview

As a Security Analyst, you will:

• Monitor and analyze security events, incidents, and logs to detect potential threats.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk assessments.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls.
• Respond to and manage security incidents, including providing remediation and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, etc.).

Technical Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 2+ years in cybersecurity, information security, or network security.
• Tools: Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK), firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security tools.
• Security Frameworks: Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, or other security standards.
• Communication: Ability to report security findings to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or similar certifications are a plus.
