Job Description

Role Overview: You have the exciting opportunity to join the Global Regulatory Practice group within Securities Services as an Analyst. In this dynamic role, you will partner with the Business to provide comprehensive insights on regulatory changes, interpret their impact, develop execution strategies and client solutions, publish thought leadership, and engage in industry advocacy. Your role will involve supporting the launch of critical regulatory impact assessment processes, maintaining regulatory governance models and controls frameworks, and supporting client-facing regulatory intelligence tools. You will have cross-regional exposure to different product areas within Securities Services and interact daily with product managers and various business support areas. Key Responsibilities: - Leverage official internal and external intelligence sources to generate regulatory reports for the management team - Respond to RFPs/RFIs and maintain the team's RFP database - Administer and project manage the quarterly regulatory priorities report - Manage projects related to client-facing publications, communication initiatives, and other planned and unplanned initiatives - Continually evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for greater efficiencies, automation, and streamlining - Support the Securities Services regulatory governance model by planning governance meetings, producing periodic governance reports, and coordinating key reporting for global monthly governance meetings - Support the team's controls framework by maintaining documentation repositories, MIS, data inventories, trackers, and procedures - Support key strategic initiatives such as enhancing the Regulatory client-facing platform and project management of testing and coordination between technology and product teams - Assist the Reg Practice team Project Manager with analysis, administrative tasks, and project management Qualification Required: - Undergraduate degree required - Familiarity with key regulatory themes and issues would be a bonus - Practical experience within control functions or operations preferred - Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail - Ability to include risk and control parameters in daily activities - Execution-oriented with proven ability to drive results, achieve high standards, and demonstrate strong project management skills Additional Company Details: N/A,
