Securities Services - Client Solutions - Associate

As a Project Manager at J.P. Morgan, your role is crucial in driving and managing the implementation of new business into the company. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution and onboarding of deals to maximize revenue opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Providing a Best in Class Implementation client experience - Implementing deals responsibly from start to completion - Managing Projects of virtual teams comprised of representatives from various organizational disciplines - Acting as the face to the client, agreeing on structure, requirements, and operating models - Partnering with the sales and account management teams to provide support and consultancy during the sales process - Communicating clearly and effectively with Senior Sponsors, Stakeholders, Operational departments, and Implementation Deal Teams - Actively managing project progress using project plans, issues logs, and status reports - Identifying and managing the escalation and resolution of issues and risks - Ensuring smooth business transitions into BAU with zero issues - Supporting the identification of process improvements with subsequent ownership of improvement execution - Keeping product and regulatory knowledge current Qualifications, capabilities, and skills required for this role include: - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and effective escalation skills - Experience working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Project - Energetic self-starter with the ability to collaborate and partner effectively with different teams and individuals - Strong program management skills, organization, and ability to develop achievable deliverables - Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with different groups Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills include working knowledge of Global Custody and/or Fund Services.
