A.

Preventive / predictive maintenance

Breakdown maintenance.

Monthly & annual shutdown maintenance

B.

• Carry out preventive maintenance of all mechanical equipment to ensure smooth and reliable plant operations.


• Conduct periodic monitoring and calibration of all instrumentation-related equipment, ensuring compliance with standards.


• Prepare and manage material indents for all required mechanical spares, maintaining optimal inventory levels.


• Develop, implement, and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.


• Lead the indigenization and modification of new equipment as required, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.


• Collect and analyze reliability data from field studies or databases, applying established engineering techniques and principles for effective analysis.

C.

• Day to day data input, storage & retrieval.


• Monthly reports on critical equipment

D. Training & Safety

• Identifying Training needs of self and preparing action plan for personal growth with help of superior


• Gain hands on knowledge on LSGR, One safety culture, work permit systems, FPS etc.


• Comply 100% safety TNI

Relevant Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience as Shift Engineer and total 6 years as Mechanical engineer in any process industry

Required Skills and Qualifications:

B.E. / B.Tech. In Mechanical

Operational knowledge on pelletization, process standards, mechanical equipment in-depth knowledge and breakdown maintenance

Ensure efficient working of equipment in respective areas of Pellet Plant. Keeping machine in a state of maximum efficiency and by carrying out maintenance to improve overall productivity of Plant Operations.
