Job Summary:

🚀 We're seeking an experienced Secretary to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director! 💼 The successful candidate will manage administrative, secretarial, and financial tasks, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 📅 Manage diaries, meetings, and appointments.

2. 📝 Prepare and circulate meeting minutes and agendas.

3. 🔍 Conduct research as required.

4. 💸 Authorize payments and online transactions.

5. 📊 Verify cheque books and payment advice.

6. 📈 Prepare management and board reports, presentations, and documents.

7. 🤝 Maintain relationships with senior management and external clients.

8. 📞 Handle phone calls, travel arrangements, and correspondence.

9. 📁 Provide general administrative support and maintain confidentiality.

Desirable Experience and Qualities:

1. 💼 Experience supporting senior management.

2. 💻 Excellent administration and Microsoft Office skills.

3. 🕒 Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.

4. 💬 Confident communication and analytical skills.

5. 🔒 Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
