Mithila Teachers’ Training College, Madhubani, offers B.Ed and D.El.Ed courses. It was established in 2009 and functions under the Milli Foundation.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Secretary located in Madhubani. The role involves performing clerical tasks such as managing schedules, maintaining records, and handling correspondence. Responsibilities also include providing executive administrative support, assisting in company secretarial duties, and managing customer service inquiries. The Secretary will act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and ensure efficient office operations.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as record-keeping, managing documentation, and organizing schedules
  • Strong Communication skills for effective internal and external interactions
  • Experience in Company Secretarial Work and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Customer Service abilities to ensure positive interactions with stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using office software and productivity tools

Required to have at least 10 years of experience in management.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in an on-site environment



Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall administration and ensure

compliance with NCTE, UGC, University, and

institutional regulations.

• Serve as the coordination link between the

Governing Body, Principal, faculty, and

regulatory authorities.

• Support implementation of academic and

administrative policies.

• Oversee the admission process with full

transparency and regulatory adherence.

• Ensure timely preparation and submission of

statutory reports, affiliation, and

accreditation documents.

• Manage official correspondence, records,

and institutional documentation.

• Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and

monitoring expenditures with the Accounts

team.

• Represent the college in inspections, official

meetings, and external communications.

• Maintain discipline, governance standards,

and smooth functioning of academic and

administrative operations.
