Job Description

1. Executive Support: Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries. Handle confidential documents and information with discretion. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations. Coordinate and prepare for meetings – agenda creation, minutes taking, and follow-up tracking. 2. Administrative Tasks: Maintain files, databases, and office systems (both physical and digital). Prepare expense reports, invoices, and handle petty cash management. Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive. 3. Communication & Coordination: Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients. Screen and direct phone calls/emails and distribute correspondence efficiently. Coordinate with vendors, clients, bankers, and service providers. 4. Office Management (if required): Oversee procurement of office supplies and stationery. Support HR and Admin activities such as onboarding, documentation, and organizing team events.
