JOB DESCRIPTION : EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT              Company Name :- Natural Life Style Company Details :- Natural Life Style is a Non Profitable organization working for the Noble cause of spreading awareness among the masses about how we can live healthy without taking any type of medicines Official Address:- D - 840, Saraswati Vihar Road, Pitampura, Opposite Vishal Bharti School, Delhi - 110034 Job Title :- Executive Assistant Job Description :- 1.    The candidate may be female but the age minimum 30 should not be more than 40 years. she will work in close association with the CEO and the management of the organisation. 2.    Should have good experience in managing Google sheets, Google Drive data, Google forms for upcoming events. Managing online meetings on Zoom and Google meet etc. 3.    Should be fluent in English speaking to communicate with various national and NRI health seekers on phone or in person. 4.    Should have excellent written communication skills in English to reply to emails and to handle other official communications independently. 5.    Should have good knowledge and speed for handling all basic computer operations especially MS word, Advanced Excel, Preparation of PPT etc. 6.    Preference will be given to those candidates who also have good exposure of operating social media platforms like you tube, Facebook, Instagram, whatsapp etc. 7.    Should also be able to read, write and speak Hindi language well. 8.    Should have residence within 45 minutes of distance from our head office at Saraswati Vihar Delhi. 9.    Should have 2-3 years of experience of handling MIS EA work profile or of office coordinator. 10.Should be able to attend all incoming phone calls of our Clients.   11.Should be able to work on Sunday with weekly off on Wednesday.   12.Salary will commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.     Salary offered : Around 25 k
