Key Responsibilities: Data Management: Maintain and update internal databases and data management systems. Collect and consolidate data from various departments. Reporting & Analysis: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports (sales, operations, finance, etc.). Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to management. Create dashboards and visual reports using Excel, Power BI, or other tools. Process Improvement: Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel macros, SQL queries, or scripting tools. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in reporting procedures. Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand data/reporting needs. Assist in internal audits or compliance-related data reporting. Data Integrity & Security: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of data. Perform regular data validations and clean-up.
