1. Executive Support: Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries. Handle confidential documents and information with discretion. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations. Coordinate and prepare for meetings – agenda creation, minutes taking, and follow-up tracking. 2. Administrative Tasks: Maintain files, databases, and office systems (both physical and digital). Prepare expense reports, invoices, and handle petty cash management. Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive. 3. Communication & Coordination: Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients. Screen and direct phone calls/emails and distribute correspondence efficiently. Coordinate with vendors, clients, bankers, and service providers. 4. Office Management (if required): Oversee procurement of office supplies and stationery. Support HR and Admin activities such as onboarding, documentation, and organizing team events.

Key Responsibilities: Data Management: Maintain and update internal databases and data management systems. Collect and consolidate data from various departments. Reporting & Analysis: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports (sales, operations, finance, etc.). Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to management. Create dashboards and visual reports using Excel, Power BI, or other tools. Process Improvement: Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel macros, SQL queries, or scripting tools. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in reporting procedures. Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand data/reporting needs. Assist in internal audits or compliance-related data reporting. Data Integrity & Security: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of data. Perform regular data validations and clean-up. Required Skills: Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Charts) Knowledge of SQL and database querying Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle large datasets efficiently Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce , IT , Statistics , Computer Science , or related field 1–3 years of experience in MIS or data reporting role Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
