Job Description

As Personal Assistant to a CEO you will provide the primary administrative support for the Chief Executive Officer, managing their calendar, handling correspondence, arranging travel, coordinating meetings, and providing confidential support, essentially ensuring the CEO's day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently by anticipating their needs and proactively managing their schedule and tasks. Key Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Actively managing the CEO's schedule, prioritizing appointments, and coordinating internal and external meetings. Communication Management: Screening calls and emails, responding to routine inquiries, and drafting correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Travel Arrangements: Planning and booking travel itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, and necessary logistics. Meeting Preparation: Gathering relevant information, preparing agendas, and taking detailed meeting minutes. Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and business matters. Required Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools Discretion and ability to handle confidential information Anticipatory thinking and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team
