Role & responsibilities Job Description: Client Engagement and Consultation: Lead client engagements to assess current security and compliance processes. Conduct workshops to gather business, functional, and technical requirements. Translate client needs effective ServiceNow solutions. Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement ServiceNow SecOps and GRC solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices. Design custom integrations to meet specific client requirements. Design and implement modules such as Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, Risk Management, and Compliance Management Project Management and Delivery: Lead ServiceNow implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers. Provide mentorship to junior consultants and oversee development activities. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet client expectations. Identify and resolve issues during the testing phase. Ensure solutions adhere to quality standards and best practices. Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators. Provide ongoing support and maintenance post-implementation. Assist clients in adopting new features and functionalities. Preferred candidate profile ITIL/ITSM Functional Process Consulting or Process Management Lead ITIL Intermediate or Expert certified Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow SecOps and GRC modules. Strong understanding of security operations, risk management, and compliance frameworks. Proven experience gathering and analyzing business requirements Ability to create detailed process flows, functional specifications, and test cases. Strong skills in creating and presenting technical documentation. Comfortable with and effective using MS Office applications including Visio Close attention to detail and accuracy Deadline driven and results oriented Flexible attitude and ability to interact with a diverse business user community and changing environment; comfortable with and excited about being part of the driving force behind change management Essential Requirements: BE/B. Tech (minimum), MBA (IT/Operations) is preferred 5+years of experience in ServiceNow consulting with strong focus on SecOps & GRC modules ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist in SecOps & GRC) are highly desirable. Proven expertise in designing and implementing SecOps & GRC modules Experience in requirements gathering, workflow optimization and translating business needs into technical configurations Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information in non-technical language Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, including business writing skills Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience of performance data analysis of ITIL® processes Ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources Supervisory skills and the ability to leverage support from other parts of the organization
