Secondary sales Executive

Role Overview: As a Secondary Sales Executive in Mangalore, you will play a crucial role in driving secondary sales for Bath Fittings/Sanitary Ware products. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve sales targets, manage retailers and dealers, and enhance market presence in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve secondary sales targets for the assigned territory in Mangalore. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and channel partners. - Track product availability, visibility, and demand generation in the market. - Execute sales promotions, schemes, and marketing activities to enhance sales. - Gather feedback, competitor insights, and monitor product performance through regular market visits. - Maintain daily sales reports, beat plans, and market coverage plans. - Coordinate with distributors and internal sales team to ensure smooth operations. - Ensure proper branding, display, and merchandising at dealer outlets. - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the retailer network. Qualification Required: - 13 years of experience in the Bath Fittings or Sanitary Ware industry is mandatory. - Proficient in secondary sales, dealer handling, and market operations. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within the region. - Basic computer skills for reporting and MIS (MS Excel, Email, etc.). - Familiarity with local market dynamics in Mangalore.
