Position Overview

SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical site audits.
Optimize on-page elements including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and content.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
Build and manage high-quality backlink strategies.
Work closely with content and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and SEO trends.
Prepare monthly SEO performance reports and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Minimum
5 years of hands-on experience
in SEO (On-page, Off-page, and Technical).
Strong understanding of Google algorithms, search intent, and ranking factors.
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience managing SEO for multiple clients or large websites is a plus.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and WordPress is an added advantage.
