SEO Specialist – Lamrin Hotels & Resorts
Work Type: Full-time | Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh | Mode: Work from OfficeAbout the Role:Lamrin Hotels & Resorts is seeking a skilled SEO Expert with hands-on experience in driving organic growth through On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO. The ideal candidate will have deep practical knowledge of SEO tools, analytics platforms, and website audits, with the ability to deliver measurable ranking and traffic improvements.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and keyword rankings.
Conduct On-Page SEO optimisation — content, meta tags, internal linking, site structure.
Implement Off-Page SEO — link-building, and authority-building techniques.
Perform Technical SEO audits to ensure crawl-ability, indexing, and website performance.
Use tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and GA4 to track and analyse site performance.
Identify SEO opportunities, fix errors, and enhance user experience for higher conversions.
Prepare monthly reports on organic traffic growth, rankings, and technical improvements.
Collaborate with the content and web teams to align SEO strategies with brand goals.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical).
Strong understanding of Google ranking algorithms and search intent optimization.
Proficiency with leading SEO and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
Ability to conduct detailed website audits and implement technical fixes.
Data-driven mindset with basic understanding of user analytics and behavioural insights.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
