Role Overview:

Digital Wolf is seeking a skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team in Kolkata. This is

a full-time, on-site role ideal for candidates with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine

Optimization. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for improving organic search performance

through in-depth SEO audits, strategic keyword research, link-building initiatives, and ongoing

performance analysis.

You will collaborate closely with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO best

practices and drive measurable growth in website visibility and traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and website performance assessments

● Perform keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities

● Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority

● Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and

Ahrefs

● Provide actionable insights based on web analytics and search trends

● Collaborate with content and development teams to optimize on-page and off-page SEO

● Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments

● Generate regular reports on organic traffic, rankings, and performance KPIs

Qualifications

● Minimum 2–3 years of experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or digital marketing

environment

● Strong expertise in SEO audits, keyword research, and link-building techniques

● Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search

Console, etc.

● Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

● Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

● Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field

● Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment
