Search Engine Optimization Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring SEO strategies regularly to enhance organic search optimization and maximize ROI. Your duties will include conducting keywords research, monitoring keywords ranking, traffic, bounce rate, and other key performance indicators. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience in SEO management, SEM management, or a similar role. You must possess knowledge of standard and current SEO practices, along with experience in SEO reporting. Additionally, experience in team handling, including team leads and executives, is required. Familiarity with relevant tools such as Screaming Frog, MOZ, SEMrush, as well as web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Web Trends, is essential. Excellent communication skills, strong organizational and leadership abilities, and an analytical mindset with numerical aptitude are also key qualities we are looking for. As an SEO Manager, you will play a vital role in suggesting improvements in process and productivity optimization. Collaboration with web developers, content creators, and the marketing team will be crucial for success in this role. Candidates with 2+ years of experience as an SEO Manager or in a similar capacity will be preferred, especially those with a background in digital marketing agencies. The position is based at Block A-128, Sector-63, Noida, with a salary package that will depend on your skills. The working days are Monday to Friday, and it is a day shift role.
