Role Overview:

SEO Executive

deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, ranking optimization, and website performance improvement

independently planning and executing SEO strategies


Key Responsibilities:


On-Page SEO

  • Perform

    on-page SEO optimization

    including meta tags, headers, internal linking, URL structure, and content optimization
  • Optimize website pages for

    keyword relevance, search intent, and ranking performance

  • Improve

    website structure, crawlability, and indexation


Off-Page SEO

  • Plan and execute

    off-page SEO strategies

    including link building, outreach, and brand mentions
  • Build

    high-quality, white-hat backlinks

    from relevant domains
  • Monitor backlink profiles and manage link quality


SEO Content & Keyword Strategy

  • Conduct

    in-depth keyword research

    using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
  • Create and optimize

    SEO-friendly content

    (blogs, landing pages, service pages)
  • Optimize existing content for

    ranking improvement and traffic growth


Technical SEO & Website Optimization

  • Identify and fix

    technical SEO issues

    (page speed, mobile usability, indexing issues, Core Web Vitals)
  • Work closely with developers to implement SEO recommendations
  • Optimize websites for

    performance, UX, and search engine compliance


Analytics & Reporting

  • Track keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions using

    Google Analytics & Google Search Console

  • Prepare

    regular SEO performance reports

    and insights
  • Stay updated with

    Google algorithm updates

    and SEO best practices


Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong hands-on experience in

    On-Page and Off-Page SEO

  • Deep knowledge of

    SEO content writing and optimization

  • Practical understanding of

    search engine algorithms and ranking factors

  • Expertise in

    keyword research, competitor analysis, and rank optimization

  • Experience in

    website SEO optimization and performance improvement

  • Familiarity with SEO tools:

    Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog

  • Understanding of

    HTML basics

    and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Candidate Expectations (Important)

  • Must have

    minimum 2 years of real, hands-on SEO experience

  • Should be able to

    independently manage SEO activities

  • Candidates with only basic or theoretical SEO knowledge may not be suitable
