Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining as a SEM Manager with 4-5 years of experience in search engine marketing. Your role will involve managing performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Yahoo Ads, and emerging platforms like Reddit Ads. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes experimentation, optimization, and measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Yahoo Ads, and Reddit Ads to align with business objectives. - Conduct keyword research, create ad copies, target audiences, and manage bids to enhance campaign performance. - Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and implement optimization strategies proactively. - Effectively manage budgets to allocate spend optimally across platforms. - Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to enhance performance. - Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, ad platform updates, and SEM best practices. - Collaborate with design, content, and analytics teams to improve ad quality, relevance, and landing page experiences. - Prepare and present regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills: - 4-5 years of proven experience in SEM / Paid Search management. - Hands-on expertise with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Yahoo Ads, and Reddit Ads. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting tools. - Demonstrated success in managing large-scale campaigns and budgets. - Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and campaign automation. - Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for data analysis and reporting. - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain performance insights to non-technical stakeholders. - Self-starter with a test-and-learn mindset and a passion for digital marketing innovations.
