As a Digital Paid Media Specialist at Media360 Communications, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. Your primary focus will be on Paid Search (Google Ads) with a strong emphasis on managing Paid Social campaigns, particularly through Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram). Additional experience in TikTok and Reddit Ads will be beneficial for this role. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive Paid Search campaigns, conducting keyword and competitor analysis, monitoring campaign performance, and adjusting strategies to improve Quality Score, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI. You will also be developing, executing, and managing paid social media campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, monitoring campaign performance, and providing insights for improvement. Key components of your role will involve tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators for all paid media campaigns, utilizing analytics tools to monitor user behavior and campaign effectiveness, preparing detailed reports and presentations, and continuously A/B testing to drive performance improvements. Collaboration with internal teams and potentially clients will be essential to align paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives. To be successful in this role, you should have 2-3 years of hands-on operational experience in managing paid media campaigns, proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager and Reddit Ads. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication skills are also required. This is an in-office role based in Hyderabad with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM IST.
