Role Overview

Search Arbitrage Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Search Arbitrage Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize arbitrage strategies focused on Meta and other paid platforms to drive profitable traffic at scale.
  • P&L Ownership:

  • Take full accountability for RSOC division’s revenue, margins, and growth targets. Consistently monitor, report, and improve overall performance metrics.
  • Budget Management:

  • Efficiently manage and scale media spends, with a focus on ROI and sustainable arbitrage models.
  • Partnerships & Alliances:

  • Identify, negotiate, and build strategic alliances with other media buyers and relevant partners to grow traffic and monetization opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration:

  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, creative teams, developers, and data analysts to ensure end-to-end execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Market Intelligence:

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, traffic sources, and platform changes to maintain competitive advantage and explore new arbitrage opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience

    in Search Arbitrage, preferably in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of managing

    significant media spends on Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

    and/or other paid platforms (Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of traffic monetization models, especially related to arbitrage.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in

    P&L management and business growth

    strategy.
  • Existing network and ability to form alliances with media buyers, publishers, and partners.
  • Proficiency in performance analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, tracking platforms, Excel, LookerStudio, etc.).
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at or with a search arbitrage company.
  • Familiarity with native, display, or programmatic media buying beyond Meta.
  • Past experience leading or mentoring teams is a plus.
