Search Arbitrage Ads Associate:- (Meta Ads)

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our Facebook Ops Team as a Search Arbitrage Ads Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing Meta (Facebook) ad campaigns designed specifically for search arbitrage strategies.

You will work closely with the Media Ops team and Facebook account managers to scale profitable campaigns, ensuring optimal performance, budget utilization, and ROAS targets.

Key Responsibilitie

• Plan, set up, and manage search arbitrage campaigns on Meta Ads Manager
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPC, CPM, bounce rate, and monetization metrics
• Monitor and analyze ad performance, audience behavior, and page quality
• Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audience sets to drive incremental gains
• Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure engaging ad creatives and compelling headlines
• Track monetization metrics via AdSense, Taboola, Outbrain, or other SSPs (as applicable)
• Maintain compliance with Facebook’s ad policies to avoid disapprovals or bans
• Coordinate with the internal Media Ops and Tech teams to implement tracking and performance dashboards

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta ads, preferably in performance marketing or arbitrage
• Strong understanding of search arbitrage mechanics – traffic buying vs. monetization
• Analytical mindset with comfort in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume campaigns

Good to Have

• Knowledge of programmatic monetization and yield optimization tools
• Basic knowledge of SEO or keyword tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.)
