Additionally, you will be tasked with writing detailed test cases, generating bug reports, and creating root cause analysis reports for customer-impacting issues. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of QA processes, SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle. Experience with API testing tools like Postman, familiarity with version control systems such as Git, and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines are essential. Your ability to write automation scripts using Java and Selenium will be beneficial, although it is considered optional.
