SDET Content Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SDET Content Developer with expertise in Java Selenium and advanced testing frameworks like Hybrid and BDD. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality educational content, end-to-end test cases, and testing-related projects while ensuring alignment with client requirements. This role demands strong technical knowledge, client-handling skills, and the ability to proactively guide teams to improve content quality and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Content Development:
• Design and maintain educational content on software testing concepts, tools, and frameworks, with a focus on Java Selenium.
• Create projects, examples, and demonstrations of Hybrid and BDD frameworks for practical understanding.
• Test Planning and Execution:
• Develop detailed test plans, scenarios, and end-to-end test cases for diverse applications.
• Ensure content is aligned with the latest industry standards and client requirements.
• Client Management:
• Interact with clients to gather requirements, ensure understanding, and communicate effectively with internal teams.
• Deliver testing-related projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Technical Guidance:
• Proactively mentor and guide the team to enhance content quality and improve client relationships.
• Support and educate team members on CI/CD pipeline integration and test automation.
• Tool Proficiency:
• Utilize tools like Eclipse, VSCode, and Git to develop and manage testing artifacts effectively.
• Demonstrate and integrate CI/CD pipelines within testing workflows.
• Continuous Learning:
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in testing, frameworks, and tools.
• Explore and incorporate additional testing knowledge, such as web services and API automation, frontend testing, and database testing.
  

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Java Selenium and hands-on experience with Hybrid and BDD frameworks.
• Proficiency with tools such as Eclipse, VSCode, and version control systems like Git.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation integration.
• Good-to-have skills in C# Selenium, Python Selenium, web services, and API automation.
• Knowledge of frontend testing and SQL databases.
  

Communication And Client Management

• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Proven ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the team.
  

Project Development

• Experience in creating end-to-end test cases and projects that align with client requirements.
• Sound knowledge of test planning and scenario creation.
  

Additional Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
