Role Description

1. Software Development

• Assist in building frontend and backend features.

• Write clean, testable, and efficient code.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and fix issues in existing codebases.

• Contribute to APIs, microservices, and database models.

2. Full-Stack Contribution

• Work with technologies like JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, SQL, etc.

• Implement UI components and integrate them with backend services.

• Collaborate on improving system architecture and performance.

3. DevOps & Deployment Support

• Support CI/CD pipelines using Git, Docker, and VPS/cloud environments.

• Assist in deploying applications on Linux servers.

• Learn and work with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes basics).

4. Collaboration

• Work closely with senior developers, designers, and the product team.

• Participate in daily standups, code reviews, and sprint meetings.

• Share ideas to improve product quality and user experience.

5. Research & Problem Solving

• Explore new frameworks, tools, and best practices.

• Take ownership of mini projects or modules.

• Apply logical thinking and algorithms to solve technical problems.

6. Documentation

• Write technical documentation, API documentation, and architecture notes.

• Maintain version control through Git/GitHub.

7. Learning & Growth

• Continuously learn modern tech stacks.

• Improve coding style, architecture understanding, and deployment skills.
