Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Co-founder with investment at PRINTZET LABS, located in Bhubaneswar. The Co-founder will be responsible for overseeing business operations, driving sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, and ensuring the alignment of company goals with sustainable growth. This role will involve leading strategic initiatives, building key partnerships, and contributing to overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Research to inform business strategy and decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills for effective internal and external stakeholder management
• Demonstrated experience in Sales and Marketing to drive growth and brand presence
• Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
• Prior experience in the printing or tech industry is a plus
