SDE-3 - Frontend Developer

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 2500000 - Rs 3000000 (ie INR 25-30 LPA)

Frontend Engineer (SDE-3)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and responsive frontend applications.
• Drive the architecture and design of frontend systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless, user-centric solutions.
• Establish and enforce best practices in software development, testing, and documentation.
• Lead design and technical discussions, providing thoughtful feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Translate complex product requirements into intuitive and effective user interfaces.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure high code quality, and guide junior developers in adopting best practices.
• Contribute to system-level thinking, including performance optimization and reliability planning.
• Take ownership of entire modules/features from design to deployment.
• Continuously explore and integrate new technologies to improve the frontend stack and developer productivity.
  

Requirements:

• 4+ years of frontend development experience.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript and at least one modern framework such as React (with Redux), Vue, or Angular.
• 2+ years of experience in system design and frontend architecture.
• Proficient in TypeScript and object-oriented design principles.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and core programming fundamentals.
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable and reliable systems.
• Exposure to or interest in 3D libraries like THREE.js is a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills with a team-oriented and proactive mindset.
• Experience mentoring team members and leading by example through high-quality deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas.
