What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-quality web interfaces using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Translate UX/UI designs and product requirements into clean, efficient, reusable frontend components.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs / backend microservices.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and SEO.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with proper documentation.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and fix UI/UX and performance issues in production.
• Follow and help improve frontend best practices, coding standards, and workflows.
  

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience as a Frontend / UI Engineer.
• Strong foundation in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with React.js (or a similar SPA framework like Vue/Angular).
• Understanding of state management (Redux, Context API, or similar).
• Experience consuming REST APIs and working with JSON.
• Good grasp of browser fundamentals, DOM, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and basic accessibility.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to break down UI requirements, estimate effort, and deliver with quality.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.).
• Exposure to design systems / component libraries (Material UI, Chakra UI, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Understanding of CI/CD and deployment workflows.
• Interest in fintech, sustainability, or climate-tech.
