Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled, battle-tested Scrum Master to lead and drive large-scale, complex agile initiatives within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. You will orchestrate Release Trains and ensure integrated, end-to-end (E2E) delivery of enterprise-grade solutions, ensuring that cross-functional teams deliver high-value increments on time, with quality, and in alignment with business objectives. Salesforce platform exposure is desirable, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate SAFe Agile Release Trains (ARTs) - ensure alignment, cadence, and synchronization of multiple Agile teams for program-level delivery.

Plan, coordinate, and execute Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART Syncs, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and System Demos.

Drive end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-system integrations and large-scale enterprise implementations.

Act as servant-leader and coach for multiple Scrum teams, removing impediments and ensuring adherence to Agile principles and SAFe guidelines.

Partner with Product Management, Release Train Engineers, Solution Architects, and Business Owners to align backlog priorities and delivery timelines.

Champion metrics-driven delivery - tracking velocity, predictability, defect trends, and delivery health indicators.

Coordinate cross-team dependencies and facilitate integration with external vendors, offshore teams, and other ARTs.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and transparency across teams.

Support change management, governance, and stakeholder engagement for successful adoption of Agile/SAFe practices.

(Optional) Leverage Salesforce platform understanding for backlog refinement, integration discussions, and release planning.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in IT delivery, with 5+ years in Agile/Scrum roles.

3+ years as a Scrum Master in a SAFe enterprise environment, supporting multiple teams.

Proven experience in managing large-scale, integrated, E2E implementations involving multiple technologies and business domains.

Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, Lean, and DevOps principles.

Exceptional facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Advanced stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce platform experience (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud) - understanding integration touchpoints, release cycles, and deployment patterns.

Background in enterprise integration projects involving API-driven, middleware, or multi-platform solutions.

Prior experience in distributed and global delivery models.

Certifications:

Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)

SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or equivalent (highly preferred)
