project reporting
Work proactively with HR team for hiring talented and capable engineers to fulfil the business
needs
Manage and Mentor the teams growth create a conducive environment in the BU for their
success
Support sales team in customer facing activities, proposal preparation to win business

Key Skills:

We are looking for experience and extensive experience in firmware, software development of embedded systems.

Bachelors in Electronics Engineering is a minimum requirement. Masters in Electronics or
Computer Science Engineering is an added advantage
Experience on developing professional-grade software programming with C and Embedded.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software teams to ensure
integration.
Hands on software development experience on latest Microprocessors, SOCs, Microcontrollers
from NXP, TI, Infineon etc Multicore processors firmware and software development is
preferred.
Hands on experience in latest Xilinx/Intel FPGAs based software design and development
starting from System software, driver firmware and Software development is a must.
Knowledge and Work experience of high-speed interfaces and device drivers development for
interfaces like PCIe, DDR4/DDR3/QDRII, USB, Ethernet and other basic communication
protocols like SPI, UART, I2C, Arinc, 1553 ,CAN etc
BareMetal, RTOS based firmware development in eclipse and standard IDE environments is a
must. Linux/Peta Linux based development experience preferred and is a plus.
Handson Experience in standard and Agile SDLC development experience
Hands on experience in code compliance tools like Misra-C, version control systems and source
code management tools are a must
Defence and Avionics domain background and DO178 standards knowledge-based candidates
preferred.
Experience on debugging, testing and validation of firmware and software to ensure reliability
and performance.
Experience on standard embedded Compilers
Should have handled teams
Excellent oral and written communication and design documentation skills is a must
An attitude to learn and grow. Adaptability and flexibility are desired
