Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master at Teradata, your role will involve serving as a facilitator and coach for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum/Agile principles and practices. You will guide the team in self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will also include facilitating Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Additionally, you will partner with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and sprint-ready. It will be your duty to remove impediments and escalate blockers to keep delivery on track. Tracking and reporting team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, predictability) to stakeholders is crucial, as well as fostering a collaborative culture across distributed teams in India and globally. You will also support alignment with Scaled Agile (SAFe) or multi-team delivery models when required.
