Job Description

As a Scrum Master at our company, you will play a vital role in leading Agile execution across the MarTech Data & Analytics team. Your responsibilities will include coaching cross-functional teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact digital campaigns and business insights. You will work closely with product owners, analysts, data engineers, QA, and marketing operations to ensure on-time delivery of work that drives executive decision-making and consumer engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and PI planning events following the SAFe framework. - Guide multiple squads working on platforms like BlueConic, Salesforce, ThoughtSpot, Klaviyo, GBQ, and Shopify. - Partner with Product Owners to maintain prioritized backlogs and ensure high team velocity. - Act as a servant-leader by removing blockers, escalating risks, and aligning delivery with quarterly objectives. - Track team performance using metrics like velocity, cycle time, and story completion rate. - Coach the team on Agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. - Coordinate cross-team dependencies, particularly during Program Increment planning and delivery. - Support the adoption of Agile best practices and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and JIRA Align. - Assist in planning sprint scope and timelines with an understanding of infrastructure layers such as Google Cloud Storage, REST APIs, and SFTP-based data movement. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in data, analytics, or digital marketing technology teams. - Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is mandatory. - Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, JIRA Align, and Agile reporting tools is necessary. - Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills in cross-functional Agile teams are essential. - Experience managing Agile delivery across MarTech platforms is preferred. - Ability to collaborate with globally distributed teams and coordinate across different time zones.
