Scrum Master [SEPA]

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Team Lead to join our dynamic and fast-paced organization. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading the execution of scrum ceremonies and practices with your team. This includes sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and reporting and metrics such as burn down and velocity. including DevOps and CI/CD pipeline. This is a hybrid role, with the option for both remote and in-office work. This position requires a total of 8 years of work experience and will operate in a hybrid work mode, with both remote and in-office options available. As a Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team towards success, utilizing your strong leadership, problem solving, and Agile skills. Excellent communication skills are also important for this role, as you will be working closely with team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
