Scrum Facilitation & Delivery

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and Retrospectives for

  23 Scrum teams

  , including teams working in new or complex environments.
• Track and communicate team commitments, progress, and outcomes (velocity, forecasts, release/sprint status).
• Ensure transparency of delivery using Jira, dashboards, or custom reporting.

Release Planning

• Lead and facilitate

  quarterly planning or release planning events

  including preparing inputs (capacity, dependencies, risks) and coordinating outputs across R&D.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, BAs, and engineering leaders to improve planning discipline, forecasting accuracy, and cross-team alignment.

Leadership Communication

• Provide concise, data-driven updates to senior leaders (CTO, VP Engineering Ops, Directors).
• Present progress, risks, and recommendations during executive-level reviews.

Impediment Removal & Flow Optimization

• Identify impediments early, help the team resolve what they can, and escalate when needed.
• Work with leadership to improve flow and business value across a product line.

Agile Coaching & Team Development

• Coach teams on collaboration, self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Support backlog refinement and high-quality User Story creation.
• Support other agile coaches when necessary.

Continuous Improvement

• Facilitate meaningful retrospectives and drive follow-through.
• Champion continuous learning—bringing in techniques, tools, or patterns that raise team capability.
• Highlight and amplify team achievements across the organization.

Role & responsibilities

Required :

• 6+ years

  in technology roles, including

  4+ years as a Full-time Scrum Master

  (not dual roles).
• Certifications such as

  CSM, A-CSM, SSM, PSM I/II/III, SAFe

  , or similar.
• Experience facilitating

  multiple Scrum teams

  simultaneously (not sequentially).
• Proven experience leading

  quarterly or release planning events

  .
• Demonstrated ability to create a

  data-driven delivery culture

  .
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP).
• Expertise in managing dependencies, capacity, flow, and quality in complex environments.
• Expertise with

  Jira and Confluence

  ; ability to administer boards.
• Skilled in

  PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  for leadership-ready reporting.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
