Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master with 7-22 years of experience to join our team in Pan India. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SAFe 5.0 or 6.0 agile roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and expectations.

Roles and Responsibility

Act as an agile coach for the team and promote SAFe prescribed ways of working.
Facilitate daily standups, issue escalation, and risk identification throughout the day.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Develop and maintain excellent communication skills to serve as a servant leader on the scrum team.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
Ensure compliance with organizational processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of SAFe 5.0 or 6.0 agile roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and expectations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience in IT organizations and general relationships between areas such as networking, security, infrastructure, and business applications.
Knowledge of identity and access management and overall security is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
