Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Act as a Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Apply SAFe Agile principles to ensure alignment across teams and deliverables in large-scale programs.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and project goals.
Drive continuous improvement in Agile practices, team performance, and delivery efficiency.
Generate and maintain reports on project progress, team performance, and key metrics for stakeholders.
Support teams in resolving impediments, fostering collaboration, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
Leverage capital markets and financial services knowledge to align project execution with business needs.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to ensure transparency and alignment.
