We're seeking a skilled and passionate Scrum Master to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving our success. What you will do: We’re hiring a Scrum Master to guide one of our Agile teams through the delivery of high-impact, high-quality software. In this role, you’ll serve as coach, facilitator, and servant leader—helping the team adopt Agile principles, remove blockers, and deliver consistent value. Support 1–2 Agile teams in applying SAFe Scrum practices Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize backlog items Track team progress using Jira or similar tools Identify and remove impediments, coordinating with cross-functional teams Promote team collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement Protect the team from distractions and help ensure sprint goals are met What We're Looking For: 1–4 years of Scrum Master or Agile delivery experience Basic knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) Hands-on experience with Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar tools Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills A proactive mindset and the ability to lead without formal authority Agile certification: CSM, PSM, or SAFe SM preferred Bonus Points You’re insightful and thoughtful—known for sound judgment You’re tactful but assertive when it counts Join Us at Vitech!
