Overview

Responsibilities

Facilitation

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Help the team to remove impediments and obstacles that hinder progress.
  

Team Support

• Act as a servant leader to the development team.
• Encourage collaboration and communication within the team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  

Process Management

• Ensure that the Scrum process is followed.
• Track and manage project progress using Agile tools and techniques.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of the Scrum process.
  

Stakeholder Management:

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring they are aware of the team’s progress and any issues.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate discussions between stakeholders and the development team.
  

Product Owner Responsibilities

Product Vision & Roadmap

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and team capacity.
  

Requirements Gathering

• Gather and document customer requirements and user stories.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Ensure that user stories are well-defined and ready for development.
  

Backlog Management

• Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Ensure the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders and the development team.
• Make sure the development team understands items in the backlog to the level needed.
  

Release Planning

• Plan product releases and set expectations for delivery.
• Coordinate with the development team to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Manage and communicate the release schedule to stakeholders.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Certified CSM and/or CSPO preferred.
• Strong knowledge in NPD , SCR and CAPA Handling
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
