Critical requirements being

• Must be able to work from office for 5 days in Chennai office
  
• Minimum of 5 years of Scrum master
  
• Advanced Excel skills
  
• Tools : JIRA, Confluence
  
• Experience in handling at least 15-to-20-member scrum team
  
• Key Skills : Stake holder management, strong oral & written communication, Delivery Ownership including schedule
  
• Prefer PSM (Professional Scrum Master) certified candidate
  
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and QA
