Roles and Responsibilities:

Facilitating Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Supporting Product Owner in backlog management and ensuring the team delivers value each sprint.
Removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Coaching team members on Agile principles and practices.
Tracking project progress using burndown charts and other Agile metrics.
Ensuring Scrum processes are followed and promoting Agile best practices.

Experience Requirement:

10-14 years of experience as a Scrum Master managing Agile teams in a software development environment.
Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality software products.
Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile project management tools.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team facilitation skills.
