• 3–5 years as a

  Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager

  , ideally in

  mobile app or wellness tech

  .
• Experience leading

  distributed, cross-functional teams

  .
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and continuous delivery.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
