Scrum Master

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 10+ years of proven expertise in managing large-scale programs across multiple Agile teams. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Jira administration and reporting, Agile delivery practices, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements:

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives) across multiple Agile teams.


• Coordinate dependencies and deliverables across large, multi-team programs using Scaled Agile (SAFe) or equivalent frameworks.


• Serve as a servant leader, mentoring teams to embrace Agile values and improve collaboration, velocity, and quality.


• Drive Jira setup, customization, workflows, dashboards, and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.


• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain a clear and prioritized Product Backlog.


• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, remove impediments, and ensure alignment with program goals.


• Track progress through metrics and KPIs (Velocity, Burn-down, Cycle Time, etc. ) and report to leadership.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, retrospectives, and Agile maturity assessments.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Architecture to streamline delivery pipelines.


• Support organization-wide Agile adoption by facilitating workshops, training sessions, and best practices sharing.
