Scrum Master

Title: Scrum Master

Location: Remote/ Work from Home
Mandatory Skills: 2-4 yrs in Scrum Master role, Jira, excel

We are hiring Scrum Master to join our Project Function team. you will lead Agile practices, facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, and remove roadblocks to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Guide backlog grooming and ensure sprint goals are clear and achievable
• Build and manage Jira dashboards, filters, and reports to track progress
• Collaborate with stakeholders on release planning and deployment readiness
• Ensure accuracy in work logs and promote transparency in reporting
• Support a dynamic team (1520 members) through the full SDLC
• Proactively identify and resolve impediments to keep delivery on track

Required:

• 2- 4 years of experience, with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira
• Proficient in MS Office tools for reporting and presentations
• Solid understanding of SDLC and experience working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
