Job Purpose Responsible for managing 1 - 2 scrum teams as part of identified projects taken up by Enterprise Factory Bangalore team. Job Responsibilities Responsible for planning, monitoring and tracking the project activities taken up by Scrum teams as part SmartNow Project Responsible to drive Scrum Ceremonies, remove blockers and impediments encountered by the Scrum teams Drive Agile implementation across all teams Responsible for managing JIRA and Confluence for the Scrum teams, creating relevant dashboard and reports Responsible for tasks, dependencies across multiple teams Co-ordinate with all project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the project Total Yrs of experience: 8+ years of experience 6+ years as a Scrum Master Educ: Graduate in any discipline with on-the-job IT Delivery experience Skills Required: Scrum certified Scrum Master with strong experience in driving product development in an Agile way Strong knowledge of Agile tools – JIRA and Confluence Strong Application development and project management background Agile and Digital delivery experience is a must Operate effectively in a matrix structure Good Communication skills – written and verbal Ability to prepare detailed project plans anticipating all the activities in the project Allocate tasks to team members, monitor and track progress Be proactive, open and honest in communicating with management as well as client Ability to discuss and gather requirements from the business and provide solutions Ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues Ability to prepare comprehensive status reports, perform management reviews Show more Show less
