Hi, We are actively looking for a Scrum Master to be based in our Thane or Chennai office. Below is the job description: What does a successful Scrum Master do at Fiserv: Expertise in Azure DevOps and manage all Scrum boards & Lead the teams efforts towards continuous improvement. Works with Product Owner to define project scope and objectives. Works effectively with others to remove delivery team roadblocks. What will you do: Communicate the project-related tasks such as plans, timelines, requirements, etc. between different teams. Plan the release of project deliverables and release life cycle. Coordinate the release schedule and resources required depending upon the third-party applications, defect backlogs, planned releases, and infrastructure updates. Identify the risks that can delay the release and manage them, such that the scope scheduled, and quality of the release is not affected. Track the progress and find issues, if any. Always work to improve the process of release. Make sure that the release is planned, according to the requirements and budget. Schedule the release readiness reviews before deployment and milestone reviews after each release. Ensured 100% of Scrum activities are tracked, kept up-to-date, and reported. Lead and Facilitate Sprint sessions (Planning sessions, iterations, timeline etc). Coordinate across teams for complex projects. Track and communicate team progress, sprint or release progress. Understanding of SDLC, advanced project management skills. Create plans for the implementation and deployment as per the release schedule. Lead the Go-Live activities to deploy the software successfully. Maintain documentation related to procedures on build and release, various notifications lists, and dependencies. What will you need to know: Has hands on experience working as Scrum Master. Experience working in BFSI Cards and Payment Domain. Hold Project Management experience. Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle. Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CD/CI) pipelines. Experience in working with DevOps and Agile methodologies. Expertise in computer programming. Knowledge of traditional agile methodologies, including Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban. Good understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture and operating system. Excellent communication skills. Problem-solving aptitude. Organizational and leadership skills.
